Collection and processing of data, including personal data

Personal data are individual pieces of information about personal or objective relationships of a certain or ascertainable natural person. This includes information such as first name and surname, address, IP address, date of birth, information about a contractual relationship etc.

Information that cannot be assigned directly or indirectly to one person are not personal data.

Use and forwarding of personal data

In as far as you made personal data available to Alfred Becker GmbH, these will be used exclusively for the purpose of technical administration of the websites and to fulfil your wishes and requirements, particularly to answer your request or process the contract concluded with you.

Your personal data will not be forwarded, sold or otherwise transmitted to third parties unless:

  • this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing

Within the context of providing this internet service, no cookies, no Java applets and no Active X controls have been used.
